Up in Westborough and Buri Buri, it's single-family homes from the 1960s and 70s that got a Thermador range or wall oven swapped in during a remodel. Down near Oyster Point and the Genentech campus, it's newer condo and loft buildings built for biotech staff, where a Sapphire dishwasher or a Freedom column fridge came in as part of the original builder package rather than a later upgrade.

The builder-grade installs in the condo towers tend to be recent enough that I'm mostly doing warranty-adjacent troubleshooting rather than wear repairs, while the Westborough houses are old enough now that ignitors and control boards are due. We also cover Brisbane from here, since it sits tucked against South San Francisco's northeast corner.
