- Benchmark, dishes wet on top. A damp top rack on these units is the Crystal Dry zeolite tank wearing out, not the vent fan. I verify the tank temperature rise in diagnostic mode before I order the heater-tank module.
- Panel-ready pull and door alignment. Tight cabinet runs and a heavy custom panel make these a careful pull, not a quick one. I bring floor protection, work the unit out clean, and reset the hinge shims and spring tension so the door holds through the wash.
