- Bosch 800 E15 base-pan leak. Recirc-pump seal weeping into the pan trips the float. We replace the pump and base-pan check valve together and bench-test through a full cycle. Doing one without the other puts you back on the bench.
- Miele drain or water-inlet fault. Drain pump or inlet valve failure on the older Reliez Valley Miele units. We read the Miele fault code, confirm with a meter, and source the correct Miele part rather than a generic substitute.
- KitchenAid no-drain. Drain pump impeller cracked on a foreign object, common in the older Burton Valley kitchens. We clear the chamber, swap the pump, and verify drain before close. Roughly half an hour.
- Panel-ready door alignment. Heavy custom panel sags, magnet alignment drifts, door pops mid-wash. We re-shim the hinge and reset spring tension so a Happy Valley panel-ready unit latches square again.
