- Bosch 800 or Benchmark, E15 base-pan leak. Water in the base pan tripping the float, usually a worn pump seal. Pump and base-pan check valve get replaced together. On a panel-ready unit we pull it without marking the cabinet front.
- Miele, intake or waterproof-system fault. Miele runs its own diagnostic and its own intake valve. We pull the codes on the Miele platform and source the correct Miele part rather than guessing a generic.
- KitchenAid and GE Profile, no drain. Cracked drain-pump impeller or a clogged check ball on the older units near the creek. We clear the chamber and swap the pump. Single visit.
