- Bosch Benchmark, E15 base-pan leak. Recirc-pump seal weeping into the pan. I replace the pump and the base-pan check valve together, clear the code, and run a full wash on the bench.
- Thermador Sapphire, same E15. Same fix as the Benchmark since the parts interchange on these units. I order on the Thermador number when warranty applies.
- Benchmark, dishes wet on top. Crystal Dry zeolite tank failure, not the vent fan. I check the tank temperature rise in diagnostic mode before ordering the heater-tank module.
- Panel-ready door pops open mid-cycle. Custom panel sag, lost magnet catch. I re-shim the hinge and reset the door-spring tension so it holds through the cycle.
