Problem
An Atosa commercial refrigerator at a cookie shop in San Ramon, CA, had iced up. Poor airflow around the unit had led to the problem.
Diagnostics
Ice was visible around the fan area. The Atosa badge is visible on the front of the cabinet, identifying the brand.
Solution
We manually defrosted the refrigerator. Once it had thawed, it worked without further repair, so no parts were replaced.
Result
The refrigerator was working after defrosting. We gave the shop airflow advice to help prevent the icing from returning.
