What breaks. What we fix.

ADRIUM handles Miele refrigerator repair on built-in and fully integrated units across 39 East Bay and Tri-Valley cities, along with Miele dishwashers and cooking. The diagnostic is $75, waived when you book the repair. Miele builds a full luxury kitchen suite, and the failure patterns are their own, so after years on these units the call sheet is short and specific.

The most common refrigeration call is water where it should not be. On the KF fully integrated bottom-freezers, the ones with the “Vi” panel-ready fronts, defrost water runs off the evaporator down a channel to a drain and out to the evaporation pan. When that drain clogs, the water backs up, freezes and thaws, and turns up on the floor away from the actual problem. It reads like something bigger than it is. Usually it is the drain, not a part. We pulled the lower rear panel on a Miele KF 2982 Vi in Palo Alto, cleared the blocked drain, and had it running clean the same visit.

On the MasterCool built-in columns and French-door units, the next bucket is the evaporator fan motor and the electronic controls. A fan that runs loud or seizes lets one section drift warm while the rest holds. The integrated door gaskets are the other watch item: on a panel-ready door carrying a heavy custom front, a gasket that loses its seal makes the compressor run long and sweat show up at the frame. We check the seal, the hinge tension, and the door alignment before chasing anything electronic.

Miele dishwashers, the G Series, are built to run quiet for years, and when they stop it is usually the drain pump, the inlet valve, or a water-path fault the control reports as a specific code. We read the code, not guess. Miele ovens and cooktops in the H and Generation lines come to us for door hinges, heating elements, and control boards. On all of it, we carry the common Miele parts we can and order the model-specific ones against the E-Nr on the data plate so the second visit is the last one.

Miele is German-engineered and priced to match, which is exactly why a repair beats a replacement on these. A built-in Miele that fails at year eight is worth fixing right, and we tell you plainly when a unit is worth the parts and when it is not.

We see Miele paired with Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, and Gaggenau often enough that it is worth mentioning: we service all of them.

Miele questions, answered.

  • Do you repair Miele built-in refrigerators and freezers?
Yes. KF-series columns and integrated units, including panel-ready door and trim work that built-ins need. Sealed-system diagnostics done in-house.
  • My Miele dishwasher shows an intake or drain fault. Worth a visit?
Usually yes. Those faults trace to the inlet valve, drain pump, or a clogged filter path more often than electronics. We diagnose to the part, $75 credited toward the repair.
  • Are Miele parts hard to get?
Common parts move through the Miele network in about a week. We confirm lead time before ordering and tell you if a part is discontinued.
  • Do you service Miele washers and dryers?
Yes. The compact W1/T1 pairs are frequent guests: door locks, pumps, and heater faults. Most repairs are one visit once the model number is known ahead.
