The Perfect Steam front-loaders fail the same way everywhere: boot torn at the bottom of the seal, drain pump jammed on coins and underwire. We carry the boot in both 27-inch sizes. The IQ-Touch wall ovens and ranges develop an intermittent touch panel that we trace to the ribbon cable before replacing the module, not the main board. On the French-door units, the ice-maker assembly is the common ticket on the refrigeration side, and we keep that part stocked.

- Perfect Steam washer door boot. Torn at the bottom seam. OEM gasket in both 27-inch sizes on the truck. Roughly a 45-minute job.
- IQ-Touch oven touch panel. Buttons go intermittent, oven still bakes on a manual preset. We re-seat the ribbon, then swap the panel module if needed. Not the main board.
- Front-load drain pump. No drain, grinding noise. Clear the impeller, replace only if the bearing is shot.
- French-door ice-maker assembly. Cracked mold and iced fill tube on the EW28 cabinets. We stock the assembly and swap it whole.
