- Ice maker not producing, standard refrigerator. Usually the water inlet valve. We test it before condemning the whole ice maker assembly.
- Door seal losing its grip. A stretched or torn gasket lets warm air in and the fridge runs longer to compensate. Gasket swap, checked against the actual seal points.
- Sub-Zero column-door realignment. Hinge cartridge wear on a heavy panel, seal stops magnetizing. We set the door and recheck the gasket, charged by the visit.
