18-inch column running without reaching temperature. We run the onboard service test, which cycles the compressor, both defrost heaters, both fans, the ice maker and the stop valve one at a time. A stuck solenoid stop valve gets replaced as sealed-system work. Our technician is EPA 608 Type I certified for that part of the job.
Sapphire E15 base-pan leak code. A weeping recirc pump seal drips into the base pan until the float switch trips, and the owner often never sees water. We pull the dishwasher, replace the pump and the base-pan check valve, dry the pan, reset the code and run a full cycle.
