They heat fine but won't hold temperature, the broiler cycles oddly, or the convection fan keeps running after the cycle ends. On the dual-fuel models that last one is the fan-circuit relay on the control board, not the fan itself. The steam-injection Pro Grand ovens need the steam tank cleaned out periodically, and a neglected tank takes the steam pump with it. Star Burner ignition is the other regular call, and we bench-test the module before we order one.

Pro Grand steam-tank cleanout. Steam-injection models need the tank cleaned out periodically. Skip it and the steam pump fails. We clean and verify pressure.
Star Burner ignition fault. Spark module, electrode, or a fouled valve switch. Carbon at the tip masks a good module. We clean and re-gap first.
Freedom column ice-maker assembly. T18 and T24 mold cracks and harvest hangs. Full assembly swap with the harvest motor.
