What we close on the truck.
- Clogged water distribution tube. High duty cycles concentrate minerals fast, and a partially blocked distribution tube feeds some evaporator cells and starves others. You get a ragged, incomplete slab and cubes of uneven size, which boba shops notice immediately in their sealers. We pull and clear the tube, descale the water circuit, and check the pump output while it is apart.
- Water pump wear on high-volume machines. The recirculation pump is the hardest-working part in a machine running back-to-back cycles all day. Worn pumps get loud, move less water, and stretch freeze times until the Indigo NXT flags a long freeze fault. We measure flow rather than guess, and replace the pump with the correct OEM part.
- Control board failures on Indigo NXT heads. Sometimes the diagnostics point at a board rather than a mechanical part, and here the Indigo NXT self-diagnostic suite earns its keep by ruling out sensors first. We verify every input the board complains about before condemning it, because a board is an expensive part to replace on a guess.
