- Grease-fouled condensers on restaurant row. Kitchen grease bonds with dust into a coating that no shop vac removes. Capacity drops first, then the high-pressure trips start during dinner rush. We chemically clean the coil, confirm the fan pulls its rated amps, and check whether the machine needs relocation or ducting because some Castro Street corners are simply too hot for an air-cooled head.
- Distribution tube blockages from heavy duty cycles. Machines running near capacity all day concentrate minerals quickly, and the distribution tube clogs one port at a time. The slab forms unevenly, harvest gets ragged, and cube quality slides. We clear the tube, descale the circuit, and set a cleaning interval based on the machine's real workload, not the sticker default.
- Hot gas valve replacements. Harvest cycles that stretch past their normal window point at the hot gas valve on Manitowoc equipment.
