A full replacement carries 10 years parts and 10 years labor. Repairing your existing machine carries a 1 year warranty on the parts and labor for that repair.

Blackhawk is one of the closest calls we run, gated estate homes and the country club itself, with Follett equipment mostly in home bars, wine rooms, and the club's event kitchen rather than a daily commercial setting. Condenser Coil Fouling and Capacitor Failure. I test auger amp draw under load before recommending a motor or gearbox replacement rather than going by run hours alone.
