Water inlet valve failures and E17. Hard water clogs the inlet valve screen and stresses the valve solenoid. Symptoms range from slow filling and long cycles to an E17 fill error. The 00607335 valve is a stocked part for me, and I flush the fill path while I am in there so the new valve is not fighting the same debris.
Control module lockups after power events. After an outage or a hard voltage flicker, some Bosch units come back with dead panels or phantom cycle behavior. Sometimes a hard reset at the breaker recovers it; when it does not, the control module itself has failed. I test the board and the door switch circuit before quoting, because the symptoms overlap.
Drain pump blockage and E24. Concord family kitchens feed these machines hard, and the drain pump impeller collects the evidence: fruit pits, label shreds, broken glass. I clear the sump and check valve, then run the pump under load. If the impeller shows wear I replace the pump rather than sending a half-fixed machine back into daily service.
