Five commercial refrigeration jobs went in without a maker's name, so they sit together at the bottom. A row counts closed jobs. A closed job can end at a diagnosis the owner chose not to act on, so this is not a tally of finished repairs or of separate households.
A Dacor that broiled but would not bake
The large oven on a 48-inch Dacor gas range stopped baking. Broil still came on and the small oven worked, so the owner could cook, just not in the big cavity. Their guess was the igniter, and it was a good one. Our technician pulled the oven bottom, found the bake igniter faulty, fitted a new one and ran the oven on bake until it lit and heated.
Two published Viking cases from Danville went other ways. A built-in Viking refrigerator was not cooling right, and its screen was blank with buttons that did nothing; a new control board went in once the decorative panels were off. A Viking oven that clicked but would not light got a new igniter and a new burner assembly.

What helps before a Danville visit
