Cafe 1277, on the downtown corridor, called us about their Follett Horizon 700 nugget ice machine glitching under the counter. The machine had never been serviced, and the condenser coil was packed with buildup, driving high head pressure and high amps until the run capacitor gave out under the strain. We cleaned the coil and replaced the 15µF capacitor, and the machine is making ice again while we watch it over the next few visits.
