Common repairs we handle.

Rebuilt dispenser board for a 736TCI or 736TC. Once the wiring and the switch test good, we order a rebuilt board through an independent refurbisher we trust and fit it. Then we run ice and water from the door several times and check that the dispenser switch and the panel respond as they should.
Door gasket torn at the bottom corner. A split or flattened gasket lets warm, damp air in. Frost builds on the evaporator, the fans work harder and the compressor runs longer. We check the seal all the way around with the door closed, replace a torn gasket, and look at the hinge in case door sag caused the tear.
Fresh-food side warm while the freezer holds. Sub-Zero runs separate refrigeration for each side, so a single warm compartment narrows the search to that side's fan, sensor or sealed system. We take temperature readings on both sides and listen to the compressor cycle before quoting, because a fan motor and a leak look alike from the outside.
