We are independent Sub-Zero specialists: this equipment is regular work for us, we follow the factory service procedures, and sealed-system rebuilds are done in-house under EPA #1279674151528 with a 2-year warranty on that work. The factory channel can book out during busy stretches. Because we run our own schedule, we can often get to Richmond sooner for out-of-warranty repairs.
