Common repairs we handle.

Condenser coil and fan service before summer. We pull the grille, brush and vacuum the coil, and check the condenser fan motor bearing for play and heat. A fan running on a dry bearing can seize within months, and in July that means a warm refrigerator. A clean coil also brings long summer run times back down.
Fresh-food side warming on hot afternoons. If the unit holds temperature at night but slips in the heat of the day, airflow and the condenser get checked first. When those are clean and the fan is healthy, we read the thermistors and the suction line temperature to see whether the sealed system is short of refrigerant.
Sealed-system leak on an older 600 or 700 series. Slow loss of cooling on one side and a compressor that barely rests point to a leak. We pressure the lines with nitrogen, find every leak with soap, then braze, evacuate and recharge as one job. Our technician is EPA 608 Type I certified for this work.
