What we see most are Family Hub fridges, FlexZone fridges, and the dual-flex stacked washers.
When a Family Hub screen comes up blank on boot but the fridge is still cold, the touchscreen itself is usually fine. We work it through the service menu and reboot the door board before anyone pays for a panel. On the FlexZone four-door units, the convertible zone stops switching from fridge to freezer at the screen, which is the flap motor for that zone gone bad. We carry the common pumps and motors, so most of these are one trip. Dublin is a 15-minute drive from San Ramon up 680, so same or next-day work is realistic when we have a window.

- Dual-flex washer drain pump. Upper-unit impeller cracks on a foreign object. One-visit pump swap.
- RF-series icemaker assembly. Ices over and quits. We check the assembly version against Samsung's recall coverage before ordering parts.
