Concord's commercial ice runs downtown, around the Todos Santos Plaza restaurant corridor in 94520. That is where the Manitowoc machines live, mostly Indigo NXT modular heads on storage bins behind the bar and a run of NEO undercounters in the smaller kitchens. The residential ZIPs out in Dana Estates and Sun Terrace are mainstream fridges and icemakers. The Manitowoc work is restaurant work, and it sits next to the Hoshizaki accounts on the same block.

The call that pulls us into Concord most is the Indigo NXT harvest-cycle hang. Ice freezes on the evap and won't release because the water curtain failed to trip the harvest valve or the harvest sensor iced over. We carry the harvest valve coil and the curtain switch on the truck. The other Concord pattern is the condenser-clean code an owner ignored until the head shut down on a high-pressure fault, and that one is heat and grease, not parts.

High-pressure shutdown after a dirty condenser. Coil clean, air-filter swap, service-cycle the unit, and we tape a cleaning interval inside the panel. Common on the downtown machines that run hot all summer.
NEO undercounter no-make. Water inlet, float, or thermostat on the smaller bar units. We check fill and freeze before we condemn a board.
Bin and dispenser water-filter swaps. Concord water is hard. We run the bin and machine filters shorter than the book recommends, and roll the swaps into a service contract if you want one.
