We put a meter on the igniter circuit, compare the reading to spec, and replace the igniter when it falls short. Then we run the oven through a full heat cycle.
- Oven control showing an error or a blank display. When the oven shows an error code, beeps, or goes dark, we pull the stored codes in diagnostic mode and test the temperature sensor and the relay outputs. A sensor or a wiring fault can look like a bad board, and it costs far less to fix.
- French-door fridge warm on the fresh-food side. When the freezer feels normal but the fresh-food side creeps warm, the evaporator fan or the defrost system is the usual fault, since the cold air comes from the freezer section. We check the fan, the defrost heater and the air damper, then confirm the temperatures settle.
