Trust a thermometer over the display. A drifted thermistor makes the controls read cold while the case runs warm. Move product to another cold unit if you can, and we will test the sensor and replace it if it has drifted.

Can the repair be done without moving the case?

Yes. Sensor, fan, coil and seal work all happen in place. In a mixed-use building, send us the loading and sign-in rules and we plan around them. If the case has to come away from the wall to reach the condenser, we protect the floor and set it back level.
