- Dispenser full of ice that will not dispense. Ice in storage and nothing at the chute points to the dispense side: the motor, the switch or the chute itself. We test each part and break up ice that has fused together in storage. Ice that sits for long stretches between uses clumps more easily, so we ask how the dispenser is used.
- Water side dripping after a pour. A water valve with scale or a worn seat keeps dripping after the pour is done. We replace the valve and check the drain pan and line, so the water that does drip goes where it should.
- Drain backing up into the dispenser. Spills and meltwater carry sugar and debris into the drain, and slime narrows it. We clear and sanitize the drain line and check its slope so water leaves the machine.
