Every fridge with a dispenser or ice maker has a water inlet valve. The fittings can leak under the cabinet, or the solenoid fails and the dispenser and ice maker stop getting water.

Start relay failure on built-in compact units. ADU and wet bar installations box the Haier compact into a cabinet with minimal airflow, and the start relay pays for it. Clicking with a warm cabinet is the signature. I replace the relay and run capacitor and, when the cabinetry allows, add ventilation clearance so the repair lasts instead of repeating.
Door gaskets creased by tight cabinet openings. When a compact fridge door rubs the cabinet face every time it closes, the Haier gasket creases and leaks within a couple of years. Frost and constant running follow. I fit a new gasket and adjust the door and leveling feet so the geometry stops eating gaskets.
Thermostat and board faults on garage second fridges. The older Haier top freezer in a Los Altos garage tends to stick its thermostat, freezing the fresh food section solid. Electronic models drop the control board instead. Both repairs are quick and cheap relative to replacing a unit that still has a good compressor, which I verify before quoting.
