- CX 482 full-surface induction dropping power or dead zones. The full-surface induction top runs multiple generator boards, and when one board fails you get sections of the surface that stop detecting cookware. We isolate the failed generator with the service test program and replace that board only, which is a meaningful saving over the dealer answer of replacing the whole top.
- 400 series TFT control display dim, frozen, or blank. The color display module on 400 series ovens is a known wear item. It dims, develops lines, or locks up mid-program. Heat exposure in tight hillside cabinet installs accelerates it. We replace the display module and verify cabinet ventilation clearances so the new one lasts.
- Combi-steam door gasket leaking steam at the top corner. When a BS series oven starts venting steam at a corner, the gasket has taken a set or the door has shifted on its hinges. Left alone, that steam cooks the adjacent cabinet face. We replace the gasket, realign the door, and check the drain path so condensation goes where it should.
