Common repairs we handle.

Gallery French-door running warm in a tight alcove. With little space at the back and top, a fridge cannot shed heat well. We clean the condenser, check the condenser fan and make sure the vent at the base is clear. If airflow is fine, we check the evaporator fan and the defrost system next.
Inlet valve dripping behind the fridge. A slow drip at the inlet valve fitting can soak a subfloor before anyone notices. We shut the water off, replace the valve or the fitting, and run the ice maker to check that every joint stays dry.
Professional column not holding temperature. Long run times and a slow climb in temperature usually mean a refrigerant leak. Our technician is EPA 608 Type I certified, tests with nitrogen to find every leak, and quotes the full rebuild in writing.
