The diagnostic is $99 and credited toward the repair, and you approve a written quote first.

Common repairs we handle.

One column of a pair warming up. If the all-refrigerator column is warm while the all-freezer column is fine, the fault is inside that one unit. We check its evaporator fan, its defrost circuit and the signs of a low charge. A slow leak is the usual cause when fans and defrost check out.
Frost building on the all-freezer column's back wall. Heavy frost behind the rear panel means the defrost cycle is not finishing. A failed defrost heater, a bad defrost thermostat or a control fault can each cause it. We melt the frost, test each part and replace the one that failed.
Gallery French-door warm on the fresh-food side. A cold freezer with a warm fresh-food section points to the evaporator fan or to airflow blocked by ice. We check the fan motor, look for ice in the air path and test the defrost before replacing anything.
