Head pressure and amp draw climb as airflow drops, and the run capacitor fails first under that rising load. I wash the coil and test the capacitor on nearly every downtown Concord call.
Water Inlet or Drain Blockage. Older strip center plumbing on Willow Pass and similar corridors sometimes has mineral buildup upstream of the machine that a newer building wouldn't have, and that shows up as a restricted inlet reading as a low production fault.
