Laundry is the bulk of it. The front-load boot tears at the bottom of the seal, the drain pump jams, and the heat-pump dryers get written off as weak when the condenser fins are clogged. On the cooking side, the induction ranges throw a fault and shut a burner down. That usually traces to the cooling fan or blocked airflow under the cooktop, not the inverter board, so we check the easy cause before quoting a board. We block South-Bay days so we are not crossing 880 twice. Electrolux calls ride that same route.

- Heat-pump dryer condenser fins. Dryer stops drying well around the one-year mark. The fins are packed with lint. Clean and test before anyone talks about a new dryer.
- Induction range burner fault. A burner cuts out and throws an error. We check the cooling fan and airflow under the cooktop first, since that is the cheap cause, before testing the inverter side.
- Perfect Steam washer door boot. Tears at the bottom seam where coins and underwire collect. OEM gasket carried in both 27-inch sizes.
- French-door ice-maker assembly. Cracked mold and iced fill tube on the EW28 cabinets. We carry the assembly and replace it whole.
