Oven shutting itself off in the middle of a roast. Ovens protect themselves with a high-limit cutout. If the cooling fan slows or a sensor reads wrong, the oven overheats inside its shell and the cutout shuts it down. We check the fan, the sensor and the cutout, and fix the cause, not only the tripped part.
Induction touch controls not responding. Water, grease or a pan resting on the control area can lock the touch keys. If they still ignore you once the glass is clean and dry, the touch board or its ribbon cable has failed. We check the cable connection, test the board, and replace the one that is out.
