- AER oven element or RTD sensor. Oven runs cold is the sensor. Oven won't heat is the element. We confirm with a meter, then swap. Both carried.
- Dishwasher inlet valve or door latch. The two Amana dishwasher failures. Hard peninsula water scales the inlet valve and shortens its life. Quick fix.
- Top-freezer defrost and gasket. Door gasket that lost its seal, or a defrost heater, thermostat, or timer fault icing the freezer. We test the defrost chain in sequence.
