We Completed La Marzocco Factory Training. ADRIUM Is Now Authorized.

Three of our technicians finished La Marzocco's factory technical training in Costa Mesa in August 2026. ADRIUM and our coffee division now service La Marzocco machines as an authorized service company.

From the day we published it, our La Marzocco page carried a sentence we made a point of keeping honest: we service these machines as an independent shop, and our factory training is booked for August 2026. That date arrived. Three of our technicians completed La Marzocco’s two-day factory technical training in Costa Mesa, and ADRIUM now operates as an authorized La Marzocco service company. The same goes for our coffee division, which handles coffee-only intake under the same roof.

The training was bench work, not a lecture. A Linea Classic opened up on a service cart, panels off, boilers out of their insulation. We traced wiring harnesses end to end, checked power at the twist-lock plug with a meter, rebuilt groups, and went through the brew and steam boilers the way the factory manual lays it out. One exercise we’ll keep using on every rebuild: bringing a steam boiler up to pressure and confirming the relief valve opens and vents exactly where it should. It is the check that keeps a pressurized boiler safe, and now it is part of our standard sign-off.

Here is the honest fine print, because that is how this page has always worked. La Marzocco does not issue paper certificates for this program. There is nothing to frame and hang next to our Manitowoc and Franke certificates on the About page. So the exact claim we make is authorized and factory-trained. Not certified. The photos on this page are from the training itself, which is the closest thing to a certificate the program produces.

For owners, nothing about the process changes. We still pick up, diagnose on the bench, and return La Marzocco machines across our 56 Bay Area cities plus San Francisco. The deposit is still $175 for a home Linea Mini or GS3 and $250 to $550 for commercial equipment, and you still get a written quote before repair starts. What changes is what sits behind the work: the factory’s own procedures, learned on their benches in Costa Mesa.

If your Linea, GB5, KB90, or Strada needs attention, start at our La Marzocco service page or contact us directly.

FAQ

Common questions.

Are you La Marzocco certified now?
The precise word is authorized. We completed the factory training, but La Marzocco does not issue paper certificates for it, so we say authorized and factory-trained rather than certified.
Which machines does this cover?
The commercial lines we see most: Linea Classic and Linea PB, GB5, KB90, and Strada, plus the Linea Mini and GS3 home machines, which are built on the same platforms.
Did pricing change?
No. The deposit is still $175 for a home La Marzocco and $250 to $550 for commercial equipment, covering pickup, bench diagnosis, and return, with a written quote before any repair.
