What we do

You can’t watch your walk-in at 2 a.m. A sensor can. ADRIUM installs WiFi temperature monitoring for Bay Area restaurants, bars, cafés, and delis, so a unit drifting out of range pings your phone before it costs you the whole load.

A compressor fails overnight. The walk-in warms up. Nobody is there. You find out when you open and the product is gone, the door has been warm for hours, and you can’t legally serve any of it. One bad night can cost more than a year of repairs. The unit didn’t fail silently. It drifted out of range first. The only problem is nobody was watching.

How monitoring works

We install WiFi temperature sensors on your units, all reporting to a single hub with remote access. You see every box from your phone.

The moment a unit drifts out of range, you get an alert. A loose door, a failing compressor, a power blip: you know in minutes, while there is still time to move product or call us, instead of finding out at opening.

The sensors also keep automated temperature logs, which is exactly what the health department and your HACCP records require. No more clipboard checks and handwritten log sheets that an inspector questions. The data is recorded for you.

What it costs

Monitoring is priced by the number of units you are watching. The sensor kit starts from $70, and we quote the full install based on how many units you are monitoring.
