Since most Piedmont calls are up a flight of stairs in a secondary kitchen, we load the broiler parts and a hood board before we leave so it's one trip.

What we close on the truck.
- Broiler ignitor and thermocouple. Infrared broiler won't light, bake works, no code on non-digital models. We replace the ignitor and upper thermocouple together when both read weak. We verify the gas valve micro-switch before closing up.
- Professional hood touch board. Speed buttons turn intermittent from grease at the touch-pad seam. Clean and re-seal first. Board replacement only if the sensors test dead. Blower motor usually fine.
- Dual-fuel cool-down fan. Convection fan keeps running after the oven shuts off. Usually the thermistor reads wrong so the control never sees the cool-down. We confirm with a meter and replace the sensor. In-warranty units, we file with Z-Line.
- Refrigerator icemaker and seal. Z-Line fridges run a standard residential platform, so most calls are the icemaker module or a door-seal alignment. Panel-ready models take the panel-ready seal part number.
