It turns up in the guest house, the cabana kitchen, and the lower-level range nobody wanted to spend Wolf money on. Those Pro Series units sit idle for stretches and then get pushed hard during entertaining. That cycle is hard on the infrared broiler, and the ignitor and upper thermocouple are usually both gone by the time someone notices the broiler won't fire while the oven still bakes.
Most of these properties have one premium kitchen and one Z-Line kitchen, so on a single visit we will often work a Z-Line broiler in the guest house and a built-in brand in the main house. The Z-Line hood over the secondary range is its own recurring ticket. The speed buttons go intermittent once grease works into the touch-pad seam, and the blower is rarely the issue. We clean and re-seal the pad first, carry the broiler kit, and bench-test the gas valve micro-switch on site so the range repair doesn't need a second trip.

- Broiler ignitor and thermocouple replacement. Pro and Autograph 36 and 48 inch. The pair fails together when the infrared broiler runs hot. We replace both and verify the micro-switch.
- Hood touch-pad and control board. Grease through the seam kills the speed buttons. Clean, re-seal, swap the board only if the touch sensors test dead. Blower usually fine.
- Dual-fuel cool-down fan fix. Mislocated thermistor on early runs leaves the convection fan running after shutoff. Relocation bracket, with the part filed under Z-Line warranty when eligible.
- Burner spark and re-light service. Spark module and igniter electrodes on the pro burners, common after a deep clean floods the wells. Continuity-checked before any part.
