San Mateo Park has some of the older, larger Wolf installs on our Mid-Peninsula route, full dual-fuel ranges from kitchen remodels done in the 2010s, and those are squarely in the Star Burner ignitor wear window now.
Hillsdale and Baywood run newer, and I'm seeing more induction cooktops in those kitchens, usually paired with a Wolf wall oven instead of a full range. Generator board fault codes are the common complaint there.
Downtown San Mateo's B Street corridor has turned into a real restaurant strip over the last decade. That's commercial kitchen territory we don't service, but a lot of the residential remodels nearby were done by people who eat out and cook seriously, and the appliance tier tends to run high because of it.

- Dual-fuel range Star Burner ignitor. The main call out of San Mateo Park's 2010s remodels. Click with no flame, ignitor and harness replaced.
- Induction cooktop generator board. Fault code or intermittent heat in the newer Hillsdale and Baywood kitchens. I test the board before ordering one.
- M Series wall oven hinge cartridge. Door that won't sit flush and a gasket that's lost its seal, usually paired with the same induction cooktops we're already servicing in those kitchens.
