San Bruno's hillside neighborhoods, Rollingwood and Crestmoor, have some of the larger kitchen remodels on this stretch of the Peninsula, and Wolf dual-fuel ranges are common in those updated kitchens. Most of what I'm seeing is in the eight to twelve year range, right where Star Burner ignitors start acting up.
Down in Mills Park and the flatter parts of town closer to the airport, the Wolf units tend to run a little older, and we're getting more calls on L Series wall ovens from remodels done before 2015 that are now due for a blower or door-lock assembly.
San Bruno sits under SFO's flight path, and while that doesn't touch a Wolf range directly, a lot of these kitchens were remodeled around the same stretch the airport did its last round of noise-mitigation work, and I use that as a rough marker for age when I walk in.

- Dual-fuel range Star Burner ignitor. Click without ignition on the hillside homes' newer ranges. Ignitor and harness replaced together.
- M Series wall oven hinge cartridge. Door sag and a gasket that no longer seals, common in Rollingwood and Crestmoor remodels. Hinge cartridge swap.
- L Series wall oven blower and door lock. Older ovens from pre-2015 Mills Park remodels. Both parts are still available, so I fix rather than tell people to replace.
