The M Series oven ignitor is the call we run most here. Bake won't light, the broiler is hit or miss, and the owner assumes the gas valve died. Usually the hot-surface ignitor cracked or lost resistance, so the safety valve never opens. We carry that part on the truck. The other steady Moraga work is dual-fuel oven sensor drift, where the oven calibrates fine at 350 but runs 40 degrees high at 450 and burns anything roasted at heat.

- M Series oven ignitor replacement. Bake won't light, ignitor cracked or weak so the safety valve never opens. We usually stock the common repair parts, and we confirm timing after the on-site diagnosis.
- Dual-fuel RTD oven sensor swap. Sensor drifts with age, reads right at low heat and high at 450. Replace and verify with a calibration check, about 30 minutes.
- Range-top burner cap reseat and venturi clean. Crooked cap throws a ragged flame and soots up. Reseat, clean the venturi, verify flame symmetry. No board needed.
- Induction cooktop fan and heat-sink cleaning. Error codes when the cooling vent blocks. Pull the unit, vacuum the fan intake and heat sink, probe temps before closing. Dust, not the board.
