- Older west-side wall furnace blowing cold. On the Williams units in Dublin's older homes, a weak thermocouple stops the burner from proving. I test cold and hot millivolt output and replace the thermocouple so it holds.
- ADU furnace pilot keeps dropping. Construction dust and a clogged pilot orifice are common in newer ADU installs. We clean the pilot assembly and orifice and confirm the pilot stays lit reliably.
- Stuck gas valve on an aged unit. Older Williams gas valves stick closed and the main burner never opens. We test the valve and the safety circuit and replace the valve with the correct Williams part.
