- Casita furnace not firing after long idle. A wall furnace in a guest casita sits unused for months, so the pilot orifice clogs and the thermocouple weakens. I clean the pilot path and replace the thermocouple so it lights cleanly on the cold night you actually need it.
- Gas valve stuck closed. On older Williams units in detached buildings, the gas valve coil fails and the burner never opens. We confirm the pilot proves, test the valve, and replace it with the correct Williams part.
- Ignition module failure on electronic models. Newer Williams units with electronic ignition lose the control module. We verify spark and valve operation, then swap the module and confirm a clean reliable light-off.
