What we close on the truck.

Floor furnace not producing heat. Older Alamo ranch homes still run Williams gravity floor furnaces. The most common failure is a stuck or failed gas valve. I confirm the pilot proves, test the valve coil, and replace the valve when it will not open.
Thermocouple failure on cold nights. With the inland cold the units cycle hard, and the thermocouple weakens. The pilot lights but will not hold. We replace the thermocouple and verify holding millivolts so it survives the season.
Rust and debris in the burner box. Floor furnaces collect dust and rust through the floor grate. That blocks the burner and causes uneven flame. We pull the burner, clean it, check for heat exchanger cracks, and reassemble safely.
