These units run on original wiring and older water lines, sometimes decades of use without much upgrading around them. Cabrio washers here fail most at the lid switch and the gearbox bearing. Dryers blow a thermal fuse when the vent run has gone too long without cleaning, so we clear the duct before we put in a new fuse. Fridges tend to fail at the defrost heater, and a control board sometimes doesn't survive a power blip on these older circuits.

- Cabrio lid switch and gearbox. A washer that won't start is often a bad lid switch. A grinding noise on the spin cycle points to a worn gearbox bearing. We test both and replace what's failed.
- WED/WGD thermal fuse with vent clearing. A blown thermal fuse almost always traces back to a clogged vent run. If the vent run is choked we say so and point you to a vent cleaning service, that is not a trade we perform; a new fuse without airflow just blows again.
- WDF/WDT recirc pump. Dishes coming out dirty or a weak wash cycle usually means the recirc pump motor is going. We swap it in a single visit.
- WRS/WRF icemaker and drain. No ice, or a puddle forming in the freezer. Usually the icemaker module or a frozen drain line, and we stock both.
