- Both wine zones reading the same temp. Damper actuator failed open. I replace the motor, recalibrate the sensors, and check the split holds over a full day, not just right after the repair.
- Lower zone drifting warm. Caked condenser coil, weak fan motor. Cleaning the coil and swapping the fan motor brings the zone back without touching the sealed system.
- Door not sealing, unit runs constantly. Worn gasket or a door sagging on its hinge. New gasket and a door realignment stop the compressor from running nonstop.
- Undercounter ice no-ice condition. Kinked water-inlet line from the original install. I re-line it with a longer braided line and confirm the fill cycle actually completes.
