U-Line units in Millbrae live in expensive real estate, literally. We pull them correctly. Anti-tip hardware off, leveling legs backed down, unit walked out square on a protected floor. Most U-Line repairs happen with the unit two feet out of the cutout, and it goes back in aligned to the panel gaps it came from.

The units themselves are worth the care. U-Line's wine captains, beverage centers, and nugget ice machines are serviceable hardware with good parts support. Diagnostic is $75, waived when you approve the written quote.

Every fridge with a dispenser or ice maker has a water inlet valve. The fittings can leak under the cabinet, or the solenoid fails and the dispenser and ice maker stop getting water.

What we close on the truck.

Wine unit temperature drift and short cycling. A wine captain that swings five degrees is failing at its one job. The usual culprits are a drifted thermistor or a condenser packed with lint from a toe-kick vent that has never been vacuumed. I clean the coil, verify sensor readings against a reference probe in a water glass, and confirm steady state over a full cycle.
Nugget ice machine slowdown and scale. Peninsula water scales the evaporator auger system on U-Line's ice machines, and production drops before it stops. Grinding sounds mean the auger is fighting scale buildup. I descale the system, check the water pump and float, and replace the water filter so the fix holds instead of repeating in six months.
Door seal and alignment on panel-ready units. A custom panel adds weight the hinges were tuned for at install, and years later the door sags, the gasket gapes at a corner, and condensation shows up on the frame. I re-shim the hinges, adjust the panel bracket, and replace the gasket if it has taken a set. Condensation gone, run time back to normal.
