Every fridge with a dispenser or ice maker has a water inlet valve. The fittings can leak under the cabinet, or the solenoid fails and the dispenser and ice maker stop getting water.

Beverage center not holding temp. In a tight built-in cabinet the coil clogs with dust faster than in an open space, and airflow chokes off. We pull the unit, clean the coil, and check the fan before we call it done.
Compressor short-cycling in a boxed-in cabinet. Undercounter U-Line units built into a snug ADU or basement kitchen sometimes don't get enough clearance to breathe. We check the venting and adjust clearance where we can, alongside the compressor and start components.
Undercounter ice maker no-ice. Same story we see across our undercounter calls, a kinked or restricted water line to the unit. We check the inlet, clear or replace the line, and confirm the fill runs clean.
Drain pump on gravity-drain conversions. When a unit's been converted to a pump drain instead of gravity, the pump clogs and the bin backs up. We clear it, replace the pump if it's worn, and test the drain cycle.
