What we close on the truck.

Sealed-system leak on older 600 and 700 series units. One side of the unit drifts warm while the other holds. On a 20-plus year old Winston Manor kitchen this is almost always a slow refrigerant leak on that circuit. I pressure test to find it, then quote the repair with recovery, evacuation, and recharge included.
Control board failure on units past 15 years. Display goes blank or the unit won't hold a setpoint even though the compressor still runs. I test the board and the wiring harness before ordering a replacement, since a bad connector at the board looks identical to a dead board until you check voltage.
Hinge cartridge sag on panel-ready columns. In the newer biotech-corridor townhomes, the custom panel adds weight the factory hinge wasn't sized for over a decade of use. The door starts dropping at the bottom corner and the gasket stops sealing there first. I replace the cartridge and re-shim the door rather than just swapping the gasket.
