Common repairs we handle.

Undercounter unit overheating in a closed cabinet. An undercounter Scotsman needs air in and air out. Pushed into a closed space, it breathes its own exhaust, head pressure rises, and the machine makes less ice or trips off. We clean the condenser, test the fan, and show you what clearance the unit needs to keep working.
Cloudy ice and a stale taste. Cloudy ice and an off taste usually mean the water system needs sanitizing or the filter is spent. Slime grows in the trough, the distributor and the bin even on softer water. We clean and sanitize the whole water path, change the filter, and check that the purge drains properly.
Short-cycling compressor on an older cuber. A cuber whose compressor starts and stops in short bursts may have a failing start relay, a weak compressor, or a low charge from a slow leak. We measure amp draw and pressures to separate the three. If it is a leak, we find and repair it, pull a vacuum and weigh in a new charge.
