The diagnostic is $75 and that is the whole cost if no repair is needed. If you approve a repair, the $75 is waived. You always get the findings and the quote in writing first.

Signature Series HP24 not holding temperature. On Alamo patio installs I see condensers choked with cottonwood fluff and dryer lint from nearby vents. The unit short-cycles and the cabinet drifts into the mid 40s. Coil cleaning plus a check of the fan motor and control usually brings it back to spec the same visit.
Outdoor beer dispenser warm after summer heat. Perlick rates certain Signature units for outdoor use, but a west-facing Alamo patio in July still pushes them hard. Weak door gaskets and a tired condenser fan let temps run away. I replace gaskets, service the fan, and confirm the keg holds 36 to 38 degrees.
Dual-zone beverage center with one dead zone. When one zone of a Perlick dual-zone unit stops cooling, the fault is usually the damper or the zone thermistor, not the sealed system. I test both before anyone talks about replacing the unit, because the cheap fix is the right fix here more often than not.
